Create buy orders

Creates buy orders for the current BUFF account. The receiving Steam account must be bound to that BUFF account. See buy-order style values.

• Access: Developer or Enterprise API
• Per-item limit: 1 request per minute, 3 per hour, and 10 per day for each goods_id

API-created buy orders use pay-after-supply and do not support EPay or WeChat Pay. Payment can use BUFF Balance, Margin, or Authorized Alipay Balance. Margin expires after 150 days and is refunded to the associated bank card. BUFF cancels buy orders when BUFF Balance plus Buy Order Funds is below the order amount.
