BUFF163 publishes a developer API covering market data, buy orders, sell orders, account state, and
standard-item purchases. This reference documents those 30 operations together with four read-only
price routes used by the BUFF web frontend.

Prices are in Chinese yuan and timestamps are Unix seconds unless an operation states otherwise.
Both APIs return an application-level `code` and `msg`; a `200` status does not mean the operation
succeeded.
