Get standard-item availability
Returns the number of standard items available for bulk purchase or gifting.

/api/market/developer/purchase/quantityReturns the number of standard items available for bulk purchase or gifting.
- Standard items: Stickers, weapon cases, music kits, tools, sprays, passes, collectibles, patches, and gifts
- Limit: 60 requests per minute
Items whose trade offers must be created by the buyer are excluded. When both market_hash_name and goods_id are supplied, goods_id takes precedence.
